I've looked into the EHS download page but I can't find any download link for the apk, I can only see the release note downloads

Now it is NOT working.

unfortunately this is common on zebra support pages. You just have to try it again after few hours or days (for example at this moment it works)

Now this EHS file download link working.
The EHS Insight mobile app is available for download on the Google Play Store, but there does not appear to be a direct download link for the APK file on the Zebra Enterprise Home Screen support page. The EHS app from Emirates Health Services (EHS) in the UAE is a separate app that can also be downloaded from the Google Play Store, providing access to various patient services. To download either app, you will need to use the Google Play Store on your Android device.
