Overview

See an inventory view and device state of both Zebra mobile computers and Zebra DNA printers. Track if the device is on site, in operation, out for repair and more. Plan inventory and operational use better by having the ability to view device trends over a 12-month period and compare activity to a given month from the prior year. Summary views of your devices include:

  • Presumed at site
  • Inbound to customer
  • In Operation
  • In Repair
  • Spare pool
Total Devices in Action
  • Inventory tracking - Understand how many devices you have in total, or at each site, on any day over a rolling 12 month-period
  • Understand how many devices are in different stages, e.g., operation, repair, spare pool, etc.

Requirements

  • Mobile device model and Android version are supported for the Mobile Computer Device Health APIs
  • Zebra Data Services (ZDS) agent is installed and activated on the Mobile Computers
  • Zebra Printers are running Link-OS 4.0 or above, i.e. firmware version X.20.01Z or later
  • Zebra Printer Connector (ZPC) agent is activated on the Printers
  • Devices have been enrolled and authorized for Zebra Savanna
