See device utilization across site locations to know which sites have the most and/or least device utilizations. Need to see a specific date range? Simply select the day, month or a custom range. This API highlights the number of In Operation devices, the number of fully utilized devices, and the maximum utilization percent of devices by site and device model.

Utilization Rightsizing in Action
  • Identify sites lacking enough devices to provide enough device for peak times
  • Flag site with unused devices to better optimize device allocation

Requirements

  • Mobile device model and Android version are supported for the Mobile Computer Device Health APIs
  • Device has been enrolled and authorized for Zebra Savanna
  • Zebra Data Services (ZDS) agent is installed and activated on the device
