View and categorize the utilization status of all your devices in operation over a 24-hour span for effective productivity and operational efficiency. Categorize the devices into utilized, un-utilized and Out of Contact (OOC)
- Utilized: The device is detected and has significant battery drain equivalent to one hour of screen interface or app usage during the day
- Un-Utilized: The device is detected by the system, but has not met battery drain criteria during the day
- Out of Contact: The device is undetected due to being offline or turned off
- Identify worker- and site-level productivity through devices utilization in a given 24-hour period for day-to-day or site comparisons
- Optimize device deployments by contrasting utilization across sites and over time
Requirements
- Mobile device model and Android version are supported for the Mobile Computer Device Health APIs
- Zebra Data Services (ZDS) agent is installed and activated on the Mobile Computers
- Zebra Printers are running Link-OS 4.0 or above, i.e. firmware version X.20.01Z or later
- Zebra Printer Connector (ZPC) agent is activated on the Printers
- Devices have been enrolled and authorized for Zebra Savanna
Getting Started
