I changed the administrator password and I have reached my limit of 10 attempts. How can I get past this?

Hi, if you are locked out you may have to factory reset the device by reinstalling the full OS image. The images are available from here: MC9200 Mobile Computer Support & Downloads | Zebra but they are restricted so you need to have a contract or other support agreement in place.
