Hey Everyone,
It appears our Zebra DS3678 devices are losing connection / pairing to the bases (STB3678) that hookup to various machines to read data--the only way of re-establishing this connection is for our devices to be power cycled. These devices have been used for the last couple years. Has there been any reported issues these kind of symptoms?
Attempting to diagnose if this is a end user operating issue or hardware problem.
