It is no longer possible to compile Android projects using the EMDK library as JCenter has fully closed.
To test you will need to clear your maven cache
Can the latest EMDK jars PLEASE be made available publicly somewhere.

Hi,
According to the announcement jcenter will still allow existing repos to be downloaded indefinitely: https://developer.android.com/studio/build/jcenter-migration.
I've tested & successfully downloaded emdk v9.1.1 on a new project, via jcenter.
