Hello,

I am looking for a source or Zebra partner for refurbished mobile devices, such as the TC52 and TC57, for development projects with TracerPlus. I am starting some independent projects and I am new to the Zebra devices. Most of the stuff on ebay seems to be stolen. If someone is selling a device that has a factory reset, is it safe to use for development?
