TC20 + RFD200 doesn't write whole value to EPC bank

I have TC20 with RFD2000 sled (with latest firmware PAADXS00-001-R15).

RFID manager version 1.0.8.5.
Android SDK: 2.0.1.34

I implementing Android app for this RFID reader. When I try write to MEMORY_BANK_EPC any value (with correct length and offset) reader write only 1 word (4 hex characters).

How can I resolve this issue?
