Dear everyone, I had spent more than four days trying to figure out why the fingerprint module I recently purchased is not functioning well in conjugate of my MC75. I noticed that when I plug the fingerprint, its LED is always off, I installed the BSCR drivers on my MC75, but got nothing. I also tried rest the MC75 to its factory defaults, re-installed the BSCR drivers and .NET CF 3.5, and the LED is still off. I deployed the fingerprint sample that came with the BSCR KIT (using VS2008) and it always have grayed "Start Grab" button, and the application indicates sometimes that it is in initialization phase, or enabling reader phase, but it can't go any further no matter how much time I keep waiting. Of course other sample applications that doesn't interact with the fingerprint reader are just running fine, e.g: Notify sample plays great with the LEDs, beeper and vibrator. I wonder why the fingerprint reader is not functioning even though it is still new and I could ActiveSync the MC75 through the fingerprint reader's connector without any problems.
