Hello, I have installed Zebra Browser Print on my computer but when I double click on the desktop shortcut the application does not launch. Additionally, the application icon does not appear in the task view buttons at the bottom right. I have the app installed on my personal computer and it works fine. I am only experiencing this issue on my work computer. I have looked at the logs and it is not being blocked. Is anyone able to shed some light on where I can look to see if it is indeed being blocked so that I can articulate that to my IT ?

I have had similar issue with some other apps on Windows. After rebooted the PC, the issue went away. Try to restart your PC to see if the issue goes away. Otherwise, contact your IT.
