ZQ220 Plus with Android 12-14. "Zebra Printer Setup Utility" or "Zebra PrintConnect"

I'm tying to connect with and Pixel 8a (Android 14), and a Xiaomi with Android 12, to a ZQ220 Plus, with Zebra Printer Setup Utility or Zebra PrintConnect and doesn't work.

Says "Error de comunicatción" in "Zebra Printer Setup Utility" and "This printer model lis not supported" in PrintConnect. Zebra says that this printer worjs with the two aplications. Is it the Android version?

Here is the info about the supported printer models by Zebra Printer Setup app. To connect Zebra Printer Setup app to a ZQ200 series printer, the printer needs to be on the firmware version v88.01.04 or later. See the "IMPORTANT" note below.

SUPPORTED PRINTERS:
The app supports Zebra printer models running Link-OS 5.0 and later and ZQ200 series, ZQ112, ZQ120, ZR118, 
ZR138 printer models that run the CPCL (Line Print) and ESC/POS command languages.

IMPORTANT: The ZQ200 series, ZQ112, ZQ120, ZR118, ZR138 printers require firmware version 88.01.04 or later 
to work with this version of the app. See this support article for instructions on where to get the firmware 
and how to upgrade your printer.
