I am trying to use Browser Print app on Android device with ZD420 and ZD620. I can see ZD620 in discovered printers with bluetooth, but ZD420 is not in the list. I can add it with IP address as a managed device. How can I troubleshoot this?

Make sure your ZD420 has the Bluetooth classic installed and enabled. You can use the following SGD command to check Bluetooth of your ZD420.
! U1 getvar "bluetooth"The output of the above SGD should look like something as shown below. Pay attention to the settings of bluetooth.discoverable, bluetooth.enable (they should be "on") and bluetooth.le.controller_mode (it should be "both" or "classic"). If you don't see anything for the setting of bluetooth.address, it means that this ZD420 does not have Bluetooth radio installed. Hope this helps.
