Can someone please help me with the customer question below? We also have a second issue which may be a greater hurdle for Goodlink to overcome and that is in regard to our planned high availability solution in a disaster scenario. We are about to deploy Dell's MessageOne EMS solution for Exchange, which at this point in time, has a compatible solution for Blackberry but not for Goodlink or ActiveSync devices. Why is it that Blackberry is supported and not Good ? What core processes differentiate Blackberry from Good's product and do you know if there's any plans to provide compatibility with HA service providers like MessageOne?
