Customer complains for iDEN connectivitiy issues, cases the device asks for pin code. Any ideas what can cause this? What are the option to overcome this?
if device askes for pin code, than seems that pin code option is enabled by sim card provider. if ti happens to the same card everytime - than need talk to SIM provider (MIRS/Sprint.. depends off the country) if it happens from time to time, than need to get rtlog/reproduction/etc...
