Documentation states:
ME ports are available on the RFS6000 and RFS7000 platforms. ME ports are outof-band management ports which can be used to manage the switch via CLI or Web UI even when the other ports on the switch are unreachable. Question: The customer has a subnet 192.168.0.x that contains all his management ports for all his devices. He wants to add the RFS7000 to this subnet. But he wants the ability to reach this address from anywhere on his network. Is this possible to configure ME1 for this purpose? His default-gateway is pointing out GE1 not ME1.
