5) 2149729 Is there a way to permanently remove the default Voicemail entry from the address book in the Phone program on an MC7094/WM6.1. When a SIM card is installed, and the Speed Dial key is pressed, the #1 entry is always displayed as Voicemail. Can this be deleted from the device ? The real issue here is that if you tap and hold on the entry, you can tap edit and bring up the Phone options menu, which will allow end users access to change the settings. This is what customer is trying to prevent. With Appcenter, they were able to block the Options menu bar, but then found this 'backdoor' way into the settings menu.
