Hi All, Can I please have your help with a support case I am working? A Motorola TA would like to know the percentage of brightness for the backlight on the MT2000 per each setting. You can set the intensity from low, medium, high, etc... and would like to know the percentage for each. He does not believe that they are consistent among each setting. Kindest Regards, Amy

Hi Lee, Thank you for your reply but just so I am clear. If the intensity of the backlight is set to Ultra then it is at 75%? Thanks, Amy
Hi Amy, 12.% to 75% is the duty cycle of the PWM used for LED backlight. So, at the dimest level PWM is at 12.5% and at the brightest level PWM is at 75%. -Lee
