Those of you with VC5090 installs using the LS3408er scanner cable 25-71917-02R, is anyone seeing a high failure rate? We've seen a small number of them fail out of the box, failing to power on the scanner and around 50 that have failed after a month of usage.  We're in the process of getting samples sent back in for further analysis but thought I would check to see if anyone else is seeing this?
