Hi, Do we have information on how to set the Battery Age Count threshold? As the counter is incremented every time the tracked mAHrs since the last increment, reaches the original battery capacity, customer using eg. vehicle cradles are not having high number of Battery Age Count. De-charging for 10% and charging for 10% makes the counter to end up at (let's say) 50 and makes the battery bad. When having a threshold of 500, the bad battery condition will never be reached. What I need is some information regarding how to set the threshold value in relation with specific customer scenarios, like: - always cradled and charged - de-charged and charged for 10% - de-charged and charged for 25% - de-charged and charged for 50% - de-charged and charged for 75% - de-charged and charged for 100% etc. Do we have this available?
