At a customer we are expierencing a high cradle failure rate with the CRD3100 around the micro USB port. So I have 2 questions for you guys, 1. Has anybody expierenced this same failure, with their customers ? (If the customer is using Ethernet or Wireless or the cradle is used for charging, they may not be aware of any such failure) 2. Can you provide me a list of "Large" customers that may be using these cradles? Indicate if the are using USB comm or not. (regardless of if they are expierencing issues) We suspect that when the MC3100 is being removed from the cradle, that the typical snug fit of the MC3100 lifts the cradle a couple of inches off the counter. This subdequent small drop of the cradle back onto the counter is causing the Micro USB to fail in the long run. Thx
