So here is quick 'fix' for apps that may have been impacted by WinMo 6.5.3 layout changes. The following registry keys remove the horizontal and vertical scrollbars. We have seen some customers applications show a scroll bar when they expected to not have one and when there was one there, it caused problems with the controls on the application. Although this is an OS wide change when applying the reg keys (and rebooting) the figer gesturing/flicking still works and is probably a more consistant experience instead of taking out the stylus to scroll through a list. So instead of having to rebuild apps - you may want to just try removing the scroll bars.
