Customer has 20 MC50 and all of them sometime lock up, ususally when they browse files over ActiveSync. I left them to run Symscript on the unit, reproduce it on crystal clean unit, but there is abslutelly nothing indicating any such problem. They saw it on WM5 too, so they assumed that this is hardware problem. Unit was swapped with new one but the same problem occured again also on this one. I could not reproduce it. Would someone have an idea what the cause can be? MC50 is not being produced anymore, so I am not sure if this can be even supported by engineering? It looks like the unit are never suspended on customer's site, so this is just a sickness in the OS?
