I have a DV unit and I did the update to BSP18. Finished the update process the ES400 reboots, shows the ES400's logo and nothing more. The display stay on black and it seems that the ES400 is freezed, pressing the keyboard and nothing. Doing the RESET, the ES400 restarts, shows the ES400's logo and nothing again. I tryed to back the previous BSP version, but the problem persist. Did anybody experience this issue? Any suggestion? Regards, Paulo

I have the same here. Got my unit lately for the User Trial ... it is marked as MV. It comes with 18.21 pre-loaded ... it shows the same sympthoms than yours. I haven't tried to load any BSP. I cannot help you to fix it , but just tell you "You are not alone!"
