Please note the original OS is CE5.0,and now is CE4.2 by downgrade. I tried OSupgrade with SD card-Reboot and failed. I tried to flash with IPL(Version 1.04.46) via SD-no SD/MMC card option found and failed. I tried to download Hex file with TCM via USB, started with Partition table-stopped with an error. I found Only Splash Screen hex file is downloaded OK by TCM and new screen appeared when reboot. I have to tell customer to buy an upgrade?
