Cusotmer is using IE browser and screen has very low resolution. Asked cusotmer to clean boot device. Any ideas why this happens?

If you are using IE on the MC75, it should display in 480 x 640 resolution (full VGA). You can verify this by opening the attached document in IE.
Changing Reg key "MSHTML"= dword:0 ynder [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Internet Explorer] to // 0 for IE 5 or 1 for IE 6 resolved the issue. Thanks
