Hi All, I have a customer that is reporting all of their MC3190s are shutting down after 1 minute even after they turn the settings off in the power management section. Apparently the settings are there for around an hour then revert to the standard 1 minute shut off. Before I make a site visit to see this for myself has anyone experienced this?
