I have a power point that mentions an option to increase the number of trunking sites in an L2 system beyond five. Doesn anyone know if that option was developed and how to order it? Dave

The maximum site capacity for the ASTRO 25 L-Series Core site: a) ASTRO 25 standalone repeater sites + simulcast subsystems + ISSI.1 Sites = 5 b) Maximum number of simulcast subsystems = 2 c) Maximum number of simulcast remote sites = 10 RF sub sites spread over 2 simulcast subsystems d) This allows a maximum of 14 sites to be connected to an L System - The largest L configuration will then be 4 Repeater sites + 1 simulcast subsystem that has 10 RF subsites. d) For the CA01209AB – Site License calculation: ASTRO 25 standalone repeater sites + simulcast remote sites + ISSI.1 - 1 = 13 Updated L Core documents are posted at http://compass.mot.com/go/343078447 Updated Ordering Guide is at http://compass.mot.com/doc/339509517/Lx_Ordering_Guide_WIP.doc
