Customer complains about IE working very slow in browser app. When using PC to navigate to it update the page faster. Is there a way to check or make things faster?

working more with cusomer on the issue, discovered that they are using installed application but online data which caused the misunderstanding. installing app on RAM improved the performance. Thanks for your help
When using PC to navigate to it update the page faster. - could you explain, please, what does it mean? btw, what OS. For WM5 runnig application from RAMDISK can help.
Customer is using IE and there is no service running on the device, but using browser application. When navigating to the web service from PC it works faster. there is no application to execute from RAM..
