Is there an option in Uldrsettings.cfg file or a command line option for the Startupdldr program to force the program to look in the TEMP directory first?  By default it looks in the SD card first. The scenario we are trying to set up is to have a full OS update available on the SD card that can be started even with IPL mode bootloader, AS WELL as an option to be able to do a clean boot started from a user menu.  The problem is the clean boot also uses the startupdldr program, and because by default it always looks on the SD card first, it will do a complete OS update.
