Team, Customer is looking for a compact and rugged A4 printer with BT interface. They've tested O'Neil 8i but didn't like it for frequent paper jams. Now the partner proposes O'Neil's VMP but we would like to offer more choices as the competitor is Intermec with their own printer which performed better than o'neil. So - what can we propose for A4 compact and durable (or better rugged) Bluetooth printer? Thanks, Valery
