On Oct 5, 2010, Cisco Systems announced a new 802.11n Aironet access point at entry level pricing.  Four SKUs of AP 1040 are available - single radio, dual radio access points which can be either controller based or standalone fat AP. Motorola 802.11n APs with its superior hardware and strength of its WiNG operating system both 4.x and 5.x can easily beat AP 1040.
