1. 1:27 PM 10/13/2010 2. 3 Day 3. MC75A WM 6.5 4. 2233672 I have one of our Australia L1s asking if there is a way to disable the Volume Up + PTT button from bring up the Today Screen. Customers app runs full screen and this breaks them out. Can we disable this key sequence from doing this? I checked KBTools but as expected there is nothing linking to this.

whatkey.exe shows Up-F6, Dwn-F7, PPT-0xC5, so KeyTrap.exe may work so trap them then send dummy keys (unused keys such as F12).
Hiro, Thanks for your help. This did not work. I set the PTT key in KBTools to be SC_DoNothing...and PTT + Volume Up still closes any app open and goes to the Today Screen. I used KeyTrap and set PTT Button to be App1 Button. PTT + Volume Up opens up the app assigned to App1, then closes it. Any way around this?
In KeyTrap, remap VK_F6 to VK_12, VK_F7 to VK_12, then 0XC5 to VK_F12 then test.
