Team I need your help to resolve a problem,

I have a customer that uses the MC9090-G on a fork lift. He is also using the cradle FLC9000-1000R and a LS3408. The problem is that if the user is pulling the MC9090 out of the cradle and put it back in, the LS3408 stop working and the user need to warm boot the MC9090. The customer is using Datawedge. Do we have a solution where both port will be always on and that we will not need to warm boot the unit to re-activate the USB port?
