Anyone aware of a means of defeating the battery door switch via a registry hack (no thousand uses for a paperclip solution please!). Customer is about to roll on a deployment and lo and behold, a large percentage of the units are not charging. Their initial triage of the issue revealed intermittent switch actuation with the back cover installed. It appears that we may be out of tolerance on a batch of the back covers!!! At this point I am not aware of how pervasive this may be. Customer will be opening a case on this shortly. Given the timeline to deploy being...yesterday :) , I am looking for an interim solution.
