Also posted in VT-MCD, 3000 A customer is having trouble with the screen/device switching off after 1 minute. Environment:  - MC3190-GL4H12E0W  - WavelinkTE v7.0.86  - WM6.1 The scenario is; They set the "On Battery Power" to turn off after 5 minutes. (Maximum setting on device). Start Wavelink and check in the about/device screen of WaveLink to show the timeout value. It shows 5 minutes. After a period of use the setting is set back to 1 minute. This upsets the user as it takes around 20 seconds to re-establish comms and allow them to continue the telnet session. In the Wavelink emulation parameters under Emulation, Common, there is a setting Sleep timeout battery power, which they can set to 30 minutes. Push the new config to the device and attempt a connection. After a while the config goes back to 1 minute, and is indicated in the power settings screen as well as the WaveLink about/Device screen. Does anyone know how to set permanently the timeout value to something other than 1 minute? I can reproduce the problem without being onsite. When the telnet session times out it reset's the power settings to 1 minute. Thanks in advance, Jamie

Jamie, You should contact MCD support.  All timeouts should be set via the OS.  We have set .reg files to maintain timeouts for devices.
