Hello Paul, Attached is a customer facing document which explains the Fusion roaming decision process. This document refers exclusively to the photon radio, someone else will have to confirm if it is the same process for the Atheros and Jedi radios of our newer products.
There is way too much detail for this to be a customer facing document! There are some details that should be considered Motorola IP.
