H Harry Banias 3 years 5 months ago 0 1 0 Team, My customer is looking to upgrade their MC55's to WM6.5 After loading the trigger cab onto the WM6.5 OS the gun worked. http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&ex… Note: you get a message on install stating that its designed for BSP35. (WM6.1) Customer is not confortable due to push back from support if there are issues. Can someone tell me if this will be validated for WM 6.5 or will a new release be posted for it. Regards harry

My customer also has concerns regarding this software. "The package for the scan handle looks like it is only certified on WM6.1 - is there a newer version for 6.5? It works, but I get a warning on install & I don't want to run into a problem later." Have you received any feedback on this?
