We have an educational installation that is having issues with the AP7131 receiving full power from their Cisco 2960 POE switches. The APs are already running on 'af' power. When they change the switch port to static 30 watts, the switch port still sees the AP at 15.4 watts of power being delivered. Now I read in the PRG that the three different power levels (af, mid and full) are only obtainable using our 48V power supply or injector. Does this mean that the AP cannot run on Full power using a POE switch?
