Does anyone have any infrormation on what problems may occur when moving SIM cards around between devices on AT&T network. I have a customer who has experienced long delays in getting voicemails when moving a SIM card from one device to another. Does AT&T need to be notified if a SIM card is moved from one device to another?

I never really had an issue or had to notifiy ATT. I use my SIM in many different devices. I would have them contact ATT and discuss, at least to start
