I have a customer who has had a few instances of the touch screen not responding after the device was used for a while. Everything else seemed to qork as expected. A reboot solved the issue... We have an incident open against this issue, but I was curious if anyone else was seeing this behavior

Marcus, I have encountered one such failure; however, it was not recoverable with a reboot of the device. I also tried the master reset and clean boot procedures with no change in the status of the unit. I assume it is hardware related. The device was submitted to service. I am awaiting a failure analysis. Cheers, Don
