explore SPR 18775 suppress cannot connect and the document attached there. AKU 6.5.3.10 has more things added to suppress error messages like this.
Ken, Herbert is right: WM 6.5 AKU 5.3.10 introduces a registry key to surpress certain dialogs, and this one should be included. We do not have any products released with this AKU at this time, and you would have to check on Maintenance releases to find out if they plan on it in the future (MPA 2.0 releases coming up this quarter do not include it). Thanks Dave. That closes off this question. Appreciate your efforts on this.
this will need to be looked into but if it is reg key driven, you can try using the registry shim tool we have on the ECSG compass site. If a registry key is accessed after the tool is running it will report what process and value are being affected. If there is a key and this tool does not catch it, it could be that the key is read in prior to the tool running (like at boot time). hope this helps.
