5) Clarify Case #2294813 TA for Sysco Foods is making a request. Do not know if available. TA states "Subject: Quieter beep wav file needed Sysco Foods, my account, had another site upgrade to 7.35 OS on their 5090’s last weekend. They are getting complaints this morning about the loudness of the BEEPER.wav file. The application sets the volume level at 99999999, which is just about mid-point ( and you really do not want to push it higher). Need to lower the volume to 33333333 on the wav file, but cannot without lowering the volume on the key click and screen tap, which has not been acceptable by the sites, especially in the freezer where they wear gloves and need the feedback. Does Motorola, among their Corporate engineers and field support, have a quieter beep wav file or a lower frequency beep file or a chirp file? Chuck Brugger SE"

I don't know of any wav files that Motorola has to provide, but the customer should be able to create their own if they want to.
Individual wave file volume can be adjusted within the sound recorder app on a windows pc. There is an increase and a decrease volume effect. Just copy the wave file to the pc and open it with the tool then select decrease volume fromthe effect menu a couple of times, then test and repeat until you get what you are looking for.
