Hello, (Allan) Would you know what the final event is to get 30Agent.exe running?  When 'Staging Complete' and 'Your Device Is Ready To Use', an OK causes 30Agent to be envoked. How is 30Agent ran?  Is it a system service?  I cannot see anywhere in the registry were its being referenced. Thank You Brad
