clarify 2305620 MC65 3 days. Partner and TA's are looking for Keyremapping for MC65 like is possible on MC55. due to EOL announcement of MC5574 this request is getting more urgent and valid. what do we recommend ? Not always there is a TA involved so pushing down the GRIP route is not always understood. can we get a official statement how to deal with this ?

As you said, there is an effort to get keyboard remapping (of some sort) into MC65. Tom Cassar has asked for information on when it will be available. I am not sure the exact details yet, but it will likely be different than MPA products remapping method.
Hi Herbert, Take a look at SPR 19964.
As said GRIP process is not something easily understood by customers who are confronted to move from one terminal MC55 to MC65. But if that is what it is then this will be the message There is CQ effort to look into Keyremapping for MC65 but it looks to be not high priority.
