Not sure if its me (I tested two devices) Does anyone know if the ##DEBUG# (##33284#) Command works on the ES400S? I tried and the command works but it will not accept the verified MSL Code Ideas?

Do not know about DEBUGTST In sprint es400 : you can try ##TEST# and see if it gives you same functions (MSL needed)
The code is 777468 as stated earlier in the thread. That will get you to the debug menu. No other codes are necessary.
777468 is SPRINT :-) that is the passcode to be used for DEBUG
Death by simplicity. We should have known it was something like that. Thanks for all of the help.
##DEBUGTST# (33284878) used to work for Verizon. it does not work on ES400. Ideas anyone?
Try 777468 as passcode and let me know
YES! It worked. Thank you! But why 777468? Why that code in particular? What is its significance?
I have called Mark Johnson about this after having been contacted by Joe Gallo who is going to Alaska Airlines in the AM to try and do signal readings with the ES400 but I have not heard back yet. I have also sent an email to the device PM about this though not sure if we'll get an answer back in time for Joe's visit. I was able to duplicate this myself and my device won't accept the MSL though it does want a 6 digit access code of some kind. Very odd.
