This is an FYI. There was an issue found on MPA1.5 WM6.5 terminals that were downgraded to WM6.1 using the Update Loader package and not the WM6.1 "Downgrade Package".  (SPR20168) If a unit with WM6.5 is downrevved to WM6.1 using the prior Update Loader package, the unit will not be able to be reflashed with another "Update Loader" package.  The attempted reflash will fail with an error message. If a customer has loaded a WM6.5 unit with a WM6.1 Update Loader package and is experiencing this issue trying to load a different BSP and wants to remain on WM6.1, the resolution is as follows:

Step 1) Install the WM6.5 "upgrade package"
Step 2) Install the WM6.1 English - BSP35 "Downgrade package"
Optional Step 3) Install a different WM6.1 BSP or localized Update Loader package, as desired.
