If you meant "signing on the display with the stylus", I have Spanish Post (Correos) with 10,000 MC75+MC70 plus new RFP's 10,000 MC75. MC75's VGA is far better than others' QVGA. If you meant "capturing a picture of a signed document" instead, I also have Spanish Post (same numbers), Nacex (1,000 MC65 yes! without APIs, they just take a photo), Azkar (2,000 MC75) and in a near future Tipsa (500 MC65, this time when APIs ar available) and ChronoExpres (2,500 MC75).
