5) Clarify Case # 2333732 customer stated "I AM TRYING TO USE A USB MOUSE WITH THE VC5090. THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE IT SHOW THE POINTER IS TO PLUG IT IN AFTER THE UNIT HAS BOOTED UP AND BEFORE THE KEYBOARD IS PLUGGED IN." told customer by default both will work (reboot not even needed). Customer has done some customization (disabled calibration, removed startmenu from application\startup) , amounst other reg files loaded. customer is asking for assistance. He does not want to have to dig through all his customization to try and determine what is effecting the mouse. he is asking if there is a reg key he can place that will initialize the mouse on a cold boot ....

Is there a reg key that can be re-initialized with a reg file that will display the mouse pointer to display on a cold boot? (customer did unknown customization that affected the pointer from displaying)
