to swap the OS on a 9190, say from CE to WM or back customers need to send the unit back to the depot. my question is that is assuming customer has a service contract: - is there a charge for sending the device in for the procedure? - is there a charge for the OS license? - would the cost be different if going from CE -> WM or from WM -> CE? - is there a limit on how many times this can be done? thanks, afshin
